Annalivia School has over 30 years of experience in providing English courses. Today, we run a wide range of teacher training courses for native and non-native English speakers who want to teach English in Ireland, the UK or abroad.
All our courses for non-native teachers of English were developed according to Comenius guidelines and candidates from all over Europe have successfully applied for Comenius grants been accepted. When booking your teachers' course, please clearly indicate that you are a Comenius grant applicant at the time of booking with us so that we can supply you with all the documentation relevant to your application.
We are a recognised teacher training centre and every year, run several full and part time CELT courses. We also run Teacher Refresher Courses in Dublin.
Funding opportunities:
If you are a teacher from the EU, you may be eligible for Comenius 2.2c funding. This is worth a maximum of 1500 Euros and will help pay for your course fees plus accommodation, travel and other costs.
If you are involved in Adult Education, you may qualify for Grundtvig 3 funding.

Our Teacher Refresher courses and specialist teacher training have been put together using the experience gained over the past 30 years. They focus on practical classroom ideas and application plus language development.
Dates and Duration
Our Teacher Refresher Courses last two weeks and run on the first Monday in July and the First Monday in August. They can also be offered at any other time of the year on request and longer or shorter courses are also available. Please contact us for more information.
